in 2017, Serabi Solo Pandan Arum is a culinary business which main product is
serabi.
Serabi
is Indonesian traditional food, a kind of pancake that is made from rice flour with coconut milk as an emulsifier. Behind the name of "Serabi Solo Pandan Arum" there is a meaning, that our product is unique because of its pandanus scent. Pandanus is one of serabi's main ingerdients.
We designed the logo very simple, because we want a simple yet classic logo.
Serabi Solo Pandan Arum started to advertise on May 2017. The idea to construct this culinary business is on January 2017. We decided serabi Solo because it is traditional food and rarely to found on the market. Although our business based on traditional food but we're doing innovation for the toppings, so young people could taste traditional food in the way of modern.

all people through its traditional food.

Because we’re planning for broad target marketing. for the strategy, we're using social media such as
Instagram and Facebook to promote our product. Sometimes we hand out brochures at
certain events, but social media is more reliable. Find us on Instagram @SSPandanArum and also on Facebook at SerabiSoloPandanArum. But the most important is doing promotion
continuously, set inexpensive price, and maintain the product’s quality. We
also pack the serabi in attractive packaging so it’s good looking. Our product is also available on Go Food.
Products and Quality
The name of our product is “Serabi
Solo Pandan Arum”. There are various kinds of serabi from several regions in
Indonesia, one of those is serabi Solo. Serabi Solo originated from Solo, a
city in Indonesia. It looks like pancake surrounded by crisp “laces”. We’re
naming it “Serabi Solo Pandan Arum” is because pandan (pandanus) is one of the ingredients. Pandanus scent is what
reminds people of serabi Solo.
We serve various toppings for the
serabi, those are chocolate sprinkles, cheese, strawberry jam, banana,
jackfruit, nutella, green tea, oreo, and marshmallow. We also serve the
original serabi with pandanus leaf as the topping.
For the quality, we
choose high quality and healthy ingredients, so our product is very safe for
consumption. The process of making is also hygienic and clean.

For
the price, you can get a piece of serabi Solo only IDR 5000, and if you buy in
boxes, the price of each box (contains 10 pieces) is IDR 50.0000.
Management and Ownership
Bernadetta Nindya is the owner and the head of the business company. She is the originator
of the business idea. She is also a major contributor to this company's
capital.
The
owner helped by her co-workers, they are Elisabeth and Aryo.
Elisabeth contributes as the vice head of the company and manage the finance.
Aryo contributes as the HRD Manager.
For
the employee, we recruited three employees.

Location
Our location is in Jl. Panjang No.19, Kebon
Jeruk, West Jakarta. The reason we choose this location is because it’s a strategic
place so people could possibly stop to buy.
